Please read all of our rules, regulations and cancelation policies below:

RESERVATION 

Your entire balance will be charged to your card when you book your site through our online booking. We accept cards and cash in our office/store/restaurant. Please bring cash if you don’t want to use your card as we do not have an ATM.

CHECK IN – is 1PM or after. You may call and see if your spot is available earlier, please don’t arrive earlier than 1PM unless you have arranged an earlier check in time with the office, as your site won’t be available.
CHECK OUT – is 12PM, If you want to make arrangements to stay for a later check out please contact the office before 12PM. We recommend adding another night to your stay for late check out as we can’t guarantee you will be able to have a late check out due to another reservation. We can only guarantee our truck and trailer parking where you can move to for the day and pay $10 fee.

Once arrived at the campground we ask to please stop at the office (there will be stop signs) to check in, be provided with information, and to receive your vehicle/vehicles parking pass. Parking pass will need to be hung on rear view mirror at all times!

Once arrived no refunds will be made due to discomfort of nature. Camping is an outdoor activity. We have a no refund policy after arrival or 48 hours prior to your arrival date.

Reservations are not guaranteed to actual site/sites that you reserve. However, we shall make every attempt to keep you in the site you reserved. If our staff has to change your site, we will contact you before your arrival. Please keep in mind that things out of our control can happen.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations 10 days or more before your reservation/arrival you will receive a full refund but will be charged a $10 cancellation fee per site you have reserved.

Cancellations within the 10 days before your reservation/arrival you will receive a full refund but will be charged $40-$50 fee (depending on what site/sites you have reserved) per site you have reserved.

Cancellations 48 hours before your reservation/arrival you will lose your entire payment.

If you choose to reschedule your dates you will need to notify us 7 days before your schedule arrival date to avoid being charged a fee.

CAMPGROUND RULES

QUIET TIME is 10PM until 8AM. Please be respectful for others. Keep kids, animals, and vehicles as quiet as possible during these hours.

If we are hosting/having an event, then our event music/activities will go on until 11:30PM-12AM. You may refer back to our website for our activities page.

PETS must be on a leash at all times. You must clean up after your pet. This is a must!! If reported or seen not cleaning up after pet, there will be a $50 fine. No pet should be left unattended outside of camper or tent. If pet is left in camper during the day, please make sure they don’t bark and/or disturb another guest while you’re gone. Aggressive dogs must leave the property immediately. We love all our children and our guests and do not wish to see anyone bitten.

GOLF CART/ATV/SXS are allowed on the campground premises. Upon arrival, please let staff know and sign our waiver. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to operate or be behind the wheel. No exceptions!! We will give one warning before making your park it for the rest of stay. No golf cart/atv/sxs shall run after dark unless it’s to the bath house. Golf cart/atv/sxs must stay on the gravel and on the property at all times!

OUR LAKE is a catch and release only! Everyone 12 and older must pay $5 to fish and that’s for your whole stay. Our lake also has a swimming area. Please swim at your own risk in designated area ONLY!! Adults must accompany children under 16 and those who can not swim at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty!

CAMPSITES 6 people maximum per site. Once you exceed 4 adults there is additional $10 fee per extra adult per night that you reserve. If your guest summary on reservation isn’t filled out correctly or you need to add adults or children, this can be done in our office upon check in.

Tents are allowed on hookup sites with campers/rv’s if able to fit but will be charged accordingly upon arrival. Please let office staff know and make sure to grab a tent sticker. No more than two vehicles per site, additional vehicles will need to park in our truck and trailer parking with additional fees.

VISITORS all must check into our office to pay for a visitors pass. This pass cost $5 per car. Visitors must park in designated areas only. Visitors will be asked to leave if caught without parking pass. This rule applies to all! All visitors will be asked to leave the campground premises by 10PM.

FIREWORKS are NOT permitted on campground property. Sparklers are allowed, but debris must be thrown in trash (not fire pit). Campground staff will set off fireworks on certain events/holidays.

CLEAN UP FEE we take pride in our campground and our staff work hard to keep it clean. We ask all guest to please help us keep our grounds clean. If site is left with trash or debris, there will be a $50 clean up fee charged to card on file. This includes cigarette buds, booking bottles, animal feces and trash in fire pits! NO GLASS BOTTLES OF ANY SORTS!!! As we all know bottles may still be brought onto property, please be respectful and throw away in trash. We don’t want anyone or a child stepping on glass. There is a rumple dumpster provided for your convenience.

SPEED LIMIT is 5MPH, all must idle through campground property. We have children and adults walking, riding bikes, fishing, walking animals. Please drive responsible and watch out for our guest enjoying our property.

OUR TREES watch out for our young trees. We want them to provide you with shade one day. Please no climbing or cutting down our trees.

SUPERVISION is a must; parents please be aware of where your children are at ALL times. Parents will be held responsible for any and all damages caused by your children.

ADDITIONAL VEHICLES there is a $10 fee for any type of hauling trailer and will be asked to park in our truck and trailer parking to keep our grounds and guest from being crowded. You must grab a parking pass from our office and place in rear view mirror and tag on trailer.

ADVERTISING customer grants Callie’s Lake and Campground the right to take photographs of you and said property for use to publish or print with or without your name for any lawful purpose for publicity, illustration, web content or advertising.
